Additional information

As a response to questions to the Foundation regarding the evaluation process, and due to the unforeseen and far reaching effects of the COVID-19 situation, the Foundation wants to communicate the following:

  • The budget amount for the evaluation, 350.000 SEK, is excluding VAT (moms).
  • The Foundation understand that the scope of work in relation to the evaluation questions has to be adjusted to the budget amount available.
  • Distribution of budget spending between “fees” and “reimbursables” will be flexible as travels within the scope of the assignment is unlikely to be possible due to the effects of COVID-19.
  • While the evaluation object is the programmatic and administrative work of the Foundation (under ToR section: “1. Evaluation object and scope”), the main focus shall be on the programmatic work of DHF. Section 4 of the Terms of Reference “Evaluation criteria and questions” should be addressed accordingly, and with a focus on the extent to which Foundation’s administrative set-up provide sufficient financial oversight and administrative support for the programmatic work.
  • Deadline for submitting tender proposals has been extended from 14 April to 17 April.
  • Deadline for submitting the final evaluation report has been extended from 31 July to 31 August.
