Ben Claeson is a Programme Assistant at the Foundation. He primarily works on projects relating to peacebuilding and sustaining peace. Prior to joining the Foundation Ben worked as a consultant on IM Swedish Development Partner’s global disarmament initiative, Humanium Metal. Ben is a Fulbright recipient, and conducted research on identity change, community relations and parades dispute mediation in Northern Ireland. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Bates College and holds an MSc from University College Dublin in Nationalism and Ethnic Conflict.
