The Dag Hammarskjöld Foundation invites qualified communication consultants to submit a tender proposal for a framework agreement for Communication Consultancy Services.
The Dag Hammarskjöld Foundation (the Foundation), based in Uppsala, Sweden, is an independent, non-governmental organisation established in memory of the second Secretary-General of the United Nations. The Foundation works to advance dialogue, principled policy, and effective practice for sustainable development and peace, with a specific focus on effective multilateralism and the UN system.
The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure access to skilled communication expertise to support the Foundation’s strategic and operational communication needs. The consultant(s) will provide interim capacity during the recruitment of a new Strategic Communication Manager and ongoing support for specific events, campaigns, and communications processes.
Assignments may include both strategic and hands-on communication support, such as developing and implementing communication strategies, producing high-quality content, managing media and event communication, and advising on internal communication processes.
Interested consultants are invited to submit their proposals, including CV or company profile, cover letter, portfolio, business registration details, and daily/hourly rate, no later than Friday, 28 November 2025.
